We operate strictly as an unlicensed building design and drafting studio. We do not provide architectural or structural engineering stamps. Instead, we act as the production engine; developing the code-compliant drawing sets that your local Engineer or Architect of Record will review, approve, and seal.

Because we operate in a different time zone, we turn your downtime into production time. Send your redlines, sketches, or revisions at the end of your workday, and our team will process them while you sleep, accelerating your overall project schedule. 

Distance never impacts communication. We integrate directly into your preferred US-standard workflows, utilizing tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, and Autodesk BIM 360 to ensure transparent, real-time coordination from schematic design through final delivery.
