What’s Included in Our Plans?

Our Architectural drawing sets contain detailed architectural drawings, and are useful for study, reference and construction, but may require additional input or drawings from an Engineer or Licensed Professional depending on the laws of your Jurisdiction.

Here’s a list of what’s typically included in our drawing package:

  • sample cover sheet

    Cover Sheet

    A comprehensive project summary featuring a rendered image, key specifications and general notes.

  • sample floor plan

    Floor Plan

    A detailed layout of each level, showing furniture, room sizes, walls, doors, and windows.

  • sample roof plan

    Roof Plan

    An overhead view of the roof layout, slopes, ridges, valleys and materials.

  • sample sections

    Sections

    Cut-through views of the building, showing structural details and ceiling heights.

  • sample elevations

    Elevations

    Front, rear, and side views showcasing interior and exterior finishes, heights, and proportions.

  • sample foundation plan

    Foundation Plan

    A detailed structural layout outlining footings, slab design, load-bearing walls, and column placements.

  • sample framing plan

    Framing Plan

    A drawing indicating sizes and spacing of columns, beams, joists, headers.

  • sample electrical plan

    Electrical Plan

    A plan showing positions of lighting fixtures, switches, outlets and electrical panels. May also be called a Reflected Ceiling Plan

    Details

    Enlarged drawings of critical construction elements such as foundations, roofs, stairs and headers

Terms of use

  • Please ensure that the selected plan meets your requirements, as all sales are final and non-refundable. No exchanges will be provided.

  • These drawings are provided with a single-use license and are intended for use as reference, study, or the construction of one structure.

  • Drawings may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used for multiple builds without prior written permission from the original designer.

  • The purchaser may not distribute these drawings to others for commercial use or resale.

  • We have provided a comprehensive set of architectural drawings and details, however, for use in construction, it may be necessary to have an engineer, local licensed architect, or qualified professional review, modify and certify the drawings in line with local permitting and building regulations. Please review the plans with your local building inspector and obtain the necessary building permits before starting your project.

  • All plans from Wej Atelier do not carry a stamp from a licensed architect. If this is a requirement from your local building department, you will need to hire an architect or engineer to review and stamp the plans.

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to consult with a qualified professional, contractor, engineer or architect to ensure all safety and regulatory requirements are met before construction.
